Israel Reaffirms Ceasefire Amid Attacks in Gaza
(MENAFN) The Israeli military asserted on Wednesday that it had reinstated its dedication to the ceasefire arrangement, following the deaths of over 100 civilians in the Gaza Strip.
According to a military communiqué, the army “has begun the renewed enforcement of the ceasefire” under orders from the political leadership, “following a series of strikes” targeting the Gaza Strip.
In under 12 hours, Israeli air raids reportedly killed more than 100 civilians, including 35 children, and left dozens more wounded, contravening the ceasefire pact, stated the Gaza Civil Defense, as reported by a news agency.
