Israel Reports Attacks on Iranian Military Sites
According to a military statement, the attacks focused on airports located in western, eastern, and central regions of Iran.
The strikes damaged runways, underground shelters, a refueling plane, as well as F-14, F-5, and AH-1 helicopters and jets.
No official response from Iran has been given regarding Israel’s claims.
Since June 13, Israel and Iran have been engaged in aerial confrontations, after Tel Aviv carried out a surprise offensive on multiple locations throughout Iran, including military and nuclear sites.
This led Tehran to retaliate with missile attacks.
Israeli officials reported that Iranian missile strikes have caused at least 25 fatalities and injured hundreds.
On the other hand, Iran’s Health Ministry stated that at least 430 individuals have lost their lives and over 3,500 have been wounded due to the Israeli assault.
